I created a spreadsheet which maps out every avocado tree in my family's grove with a cell representing each tree. In each cell we record the number of avocados harvested from that tree. The amount of avocados of each variety is totaled at the bottom of the variety page and the program then also transfers that data  to the first page where the total of all avocados harvested that year is recorded. My family uses this spreadsheet to monitor the production of each tree in different planting areas of the grove as well as tracking the production of the different varieties.
